Ace Country may conduct live remote broadcasts, promotional appearances, business events, public appearances, listener events, talent appearances, and on-location broadcasts (“Live Remotes”).
Such activities may be conducted in cooperation with third-party businesses, sponsors, event hosts, or property owners.
Ace Country reserves the right to:
Modify, reschedule, interrupt, or cancel live remotes or appearances
Change advertised talent, staff, or programming schedules
Interrupt broadcasts due to technical, weather, safety, operational, or emergency conditions
Refuse or restrict participation where necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons
Ace Country makes no guarantee regarding:
Event attendance
Promotional results
Business traffic or customer turnout
Talent appearances
Broadcast continuity from remote locations
Availability of prizes, giveaways, or promotional offers
Participation in live remotes is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Ace Country shall not be liable for losses, injuries, property damage, event cancellations, third-party venue actions, or business outcomes related to such events.
Contests, sweepstakes, promotions, prize drawings, and giveaways may be governed by separate official rules.
Participation may require compliance with those rules in addition to these Terms.
Ace Country reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions as permitted by law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Nye County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
